Seifer is another Garden soldier and SeeD trainee like Squall, Rinoa and Zell, although he doesn't make it into SeeD because of his temper. Squall, however, does make it, and because of this he hates Squall with a passion, causing deep rivalry. He and Squall have twin scars, his running the opposite direction to Squall's, which they exchanged in a gunblade training session (I think.) His biggest dream is to become a great warrior. His best freinds and sidekicks are Raijin and Fujin.
